1、 Customized specifications

Huahui New Energy's lithium-ion battery is in the form of a cylindrical capacitive structure. With flexible and adjustable production processes, the height and diameter of the battery can be precisely customized according to customer requirements.

At present, the customized range of battery diameter is 3mm to 40mm, and the customized range of battery height is 7mm to 130mm. The height and diameter can be freely combined within the customized range, and there are hundreds of mass-produced models. 

2、 Customized performance

 Customization of voltage platform and capacity

The company has applied multiple series of materials including HCC, HMC, NSC, HFC, and HTC. The product voltage platform can be flexibly adjusted to 3.7V, 3.2V, and 2.4V according to customer needs. Different material systems and size combinations can be customized to provide customers with more suitable voltage and capacity, which is more in line with their actual needs.

 Customization of magnification

Depending on the application field, products with different rate requirements for long-term charging and discharging can be provided, with a customized range of rate performance from 0.5C-15C (instantaneous 40C).

3、Customization of high and low temperature performance

Special batteries can be customized to meet the requirements of high and low temperature applications. Customized special batteries can be stored at -55 ℃ for low temperature applications, work at -40 ℃, and reach 95 ℃ for high temperature applications.
